ABOUT US

L.G. Roloff Construction (“Roloff Construction”) was founded in 1975, by Lorenze G. “Larry” Roloff in Louisville, NE.  With an office on the dining room table, one pickup truck, a few dedicated employees and a rented excavator, the company soon developed a reputation for dependability, quality, innovation and problem solving.  In 1977, the first office and shop was built near Louisville and the company grew its operations steadily, building hundreds of sanitary sewer, storm sewer and clean water systems and structures throughout the greater Omaha/Council Bluffs metropolitan area and surrounding rural communities in Nebraska and Iowa.

In 1993 the company added concrete paving to its list of core competencies.   The company grew rapidly through the mid to late nineties and becoming a leading contractor in the City of Omaha’s combined sewer separation program (now known as the CSO program).  In 1999, the company moved to its current location in southwest Omaha, near I-80 and 144th St.

In 2004, Kara & Monty Habrock, Larry’s daughter and son-in-law purchased a majority stake in Roloff Construction, along with Bob Norris and Ron Siwa who also purchased shares.  Together, they now make up the company’s executive team:

Kara Habrock, President & CEO
Monty Habrock, Vice President – Estimating & Project Management
Bob Norris, Vice President – Chief Operations Officer
Ron Siwa, Vice President – Chief Financial Officer
